Booking and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. To confirm your reservation, you must provide accurate personal and payment information. A booking is not considered confirmed until full payment has been received and you receive a confirmation email.
Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will honor the price agreed upon.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service will not be eligible for a refund. In case of bad weather, we reserve the right to reschedule or provide a full refund.
